DICEMAN, Yvonne Suddenly at home on Saturday May 13, 2000. Loving wife and best friend of Harold. Beloved mother of Jane Proulx and her husband Al. Yvonne will be sorely missed by her family and friends and also by her beloved pets. She was born and educated in England and served in the RAF, meeting her husband while on active service and came to Canada as a war bride. She received her professional training as an artist and was commissioned to do many significant Canadian works including the Books of Remembrance, the Flag Proclamation, and the Bill of Rights. Yvonne is a Fellow of the Ottawa Water Colour Society and exhibited in many exhibitions, having paintings enjoyed in private collections in Canada and the United States. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, on Tuesday May 16th. on Wednesday May 17th after 10 am until Service time in the Chapel at 11 am.
